Driving Scalable Digital Creative for a Fast-Paced Retail Giant:

As Art Director for Digital Production at PMG, I led the execution of high-volume, multi-channel creative for Old Navy’s national campaigns. Our team delivered full-funnel digital assets—from homepage takeovers to paid social and programmatic display—designed to engage audiences, drive conversions, and seamlessly integrate with media strategy.

The Challenge:

Old Navy’s digital campaigns required a massive volume of creative assets across multiple channels—homepage takeovers, paid social, programmatic display, PPC, and brand partnerships. With frequent promotions, seasonal shifts, and high-paced retail demands, creative needed to be delivered quickly, aligned with media strategy, and optimized for performance across every platform. The challenge was producing dynamic, on-brand assets at scale while ensuring they remained engaging, effective, and adaptable for diverse placements.

As the Art Director for Digital Production, I led the creative execution of these large-scale campaigns, ensuring that every asset aligned with Old Navy’s brand standards while meeting the functional demands of paid media, programmatic advertising, and e-commerce platforms. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable, high-quality creative solutions, maintaining efficiency without sacrificing impact. My role involved overseeing design workflows, managing rapid production cycles, and ensuring that all digital assets were both brand-consistent and performance-driven.
